Estimated Delivery Times
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but as we all know, time is a flexible construct. Below are our best estimates for delivery:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 7-10 business days

  • International: We only ship within the U.S.

Processing & Handling

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day—unless time loops disrupt our workflow.

  • If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you, unless you already remember receiving it.

  • Standard Shipping – Reliable, steady, and the best bet for this dimension.

  • Expedited Shipping – Faster, but still subject to reality’s limitations.

  • Overnight Shipping – For those who can’t wait but are willing to pay a premium to defy physics.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can watch its journey in real-time. If tracking shows “In Transit – Unknown Destination” or if your package appears to be traveling through unlisted coordinates, please contact us immediately.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Orders

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages that vanish under mysterious circumstances.

  • Shipments caught in time loops, interdimensional portals, or government-restricted areas.

  • Delays due to weather, customs, or cosmic anomalies.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, reach out, and we’ll investigate. If it turns out your order was delivered to an alternate version of you, we unfortunately can’t issue refunds across dimensions. 😈

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to reship—but you will be responsible for additional shipping fees (and possibly explaining to your future self why you messed up the first time).
